Cublya provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, cloud solutions, and consulting. The specific deliverables and services will be outlined in separate agreements with clients.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

• Using our services for any illegal activities
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running our services
• Using our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website
• Attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism to navigate or search our website

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all materials including, but not limited to, designs, text, graphics, pictures, video, information, software, and other files are the property of Cublya. Client ownership of deliverables will be specified in individual client agreements.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms, including rates, payment schedules, and acceptable payment methods, will be outlined in individual client agreements. Clients are expected to make payments according to the agreed upon schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cublya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts paid by you to us during the twelve (12) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cublya, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.

Cublya reserves the right to terminate your access to our services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
